We request that any student who is regularly involved in our student ministry, have a medical release form on file.

Small Groups
Is your child connected to a small group? If not, we would love to have them join a group on Sunday mornings from 9-10 am on the 3rd floor of EUM. Small groups are a place for students to be cared for and build close relationships with their peers. Students are placed in age-graded groups each year with one adult leader.
